If there is a fault with your product, we will happily replace the item if possible, including return postage. If it is not possible for us to replace the item we will offer you a refund.
If you purchase the wrong sized outfit and we have the correct size in stock we can exchange the outfit with these conditions:
Contact is made with us within 48hrs of receiving the outfit in question.
Postage back to us, and postage for the new product is at your own expense.
The product must be received in it’s original condition unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with any tags attached. Your item will be inspected before an exchange is issued.
